NEW HAVEN, CONN., March 1.--The Yale Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity announced the election of 19 Seniors and 16 Juniors this evening. The new members obtained the highest scholastic standard that has been reached since the entrance of the United States in the European War.
