NEW HAVEN, CONN., March 12.--At a meeting of the Yale Union in Dwight Hall tonight the Undergraduates gave a decision of 34 to 15 in favor of the resolution, "Resolved, That the United States government should act at once to bring to an end the dangerous crisis in the Ruhr". The audience also favored 46 to 3 the subject, "Resolved, That the United States abandon its policy of isolation and take action, and if necessary, sacrificing steps to help Europe in her present problem".

The affirmative side was upheld by H. J. Voorhis '23, while S. H. Whedon '23 represented the opposing side. Both men were members of the team that debated Oxford, Cornell, and Bates last fall.
