President Eliot will preside at a luncheon and public discussion today in the Hotel Brunswick on the question of the French occupation of the Ruhr.

The speakers will include Mr. Pierrepont Noyes, former American Commissioner in the Rhineland, and General C. H. Cole, past Department Commander of the Massachusetts Division of the American Legion.
