Dr. W. E. Fernald, director of the State School for Feebleminded at Waverly will lecture on "Mental Defect as a Health Problem" at 2 o'clock this afternoon in Building A at the Medical School, and Dr. William Healey of the Juvenile Court in Boston will speak on "Delinquency as a Public Health Problem" at 2 o'clock, February 15, at the same place. Both lectures, under the auspices of the School of Public Health, are open to the public.
