Thursday, March 8, has been selected as the date of the thirty-eighth annual winter track carnival, which ends the winter season for the squad. The meet, which will take place at Soldiers Field, is open to all members of the University and will be featured by novice races and relay races as well as the regular running and field events. Last year 150 men took part in the carnival and many inexperienced men gained places in the handicap events.
