Yale Swimmers Defeat Rutgers

NEW HAVEN, CONN., Feb. 23. The Yale swimmers defeated Rutgers today 45 to 26, breaking two intercollegiate records Bench of Yale broke the record in the 200 yard breast, stroke by two and two fifths seconds, while Global of Rutgers lowered his own mark in the 440 yard swim by four and one-fifth seconds and equalled the 150 yard back stroke record of one minute fifty-five and two-fifths seconds.
