Debating Union to Hold Third Meeting on That Day--Conservatives Will Support French Policy in Ruhr

The third meeting of the Harvard Debating Union, it was announced last night, will be held next Wednesday evening, February 28, when the question of the French occupation of the Ruhr will be debated. The Conservative Club will uphold the French policy, while the Progressive wing will oppose it. It has not yet been decided where the debate will be held.

Mr. E. A. Whitney '17, secretary of the Committee on the Choice of Electives, will preside at the meeting.

The Progressive Club announced last night the election of George Kennan Hourwich '25 of Morsemere, N. J.
