The flood of applications for tickets to the Harvard-Yale football game which were coming in at the ticket offices of the H. A. A. in every mail a few weeks ago has now given way to a stream of letters suggesting how next year's applications should be filled.

Mr. C. F. Getchell, in charge of the ticket office, declared last night that he had received several hundred such letters from disgruntled graduates and undergraduates who were dissatisfied with the system used in filling applications this year.

In the matter of preference for graduates, Mr. Getchell, ticket manager of the H. A. A. stated that it is probable that the system of drawing by classes for preference used this year will be partially done away with. One suggestion which is being carefully considered is that preference should be given to those classes which are holding class reunions in the following spring. Thus, next year, the Class of '99, which will be holding its twenty-fifth reunion will be given first choice. To those classes which are not holding reunions, seats would be assigned by lot, as formerly.

In distributing seats to undergraduates, Freshmen from now on will be given seats in the colonnade at future Yale games, while only Sophomores Juniors, and Seniors will have seats in the cheering sections.
