Cards were sent out yesterday afternoon inviting over 500 foreign students from both the University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to a foreign students reception to be held on the evening of Saturday December 8 in the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. building.

Entertainment will be furnished by groups of students from each university, and speeches will be made by the Hon. J. Weston Allen '96 former attorney general of the state of Massachusetts and Edward W. Quinn, Mayor of Cambridge. It is expected that more than 50 nationalities will be represented by the foreign students who will gather at the reception.
