A talk by a man who has intimate knowledge of conditions in Japan following the great earthquake will be given this afternoon in Widener P. Mr. George NoBuro Tanikawa, 1G., of Hiroshima, Japan, will speak on "The Reconstruction of Tokyo" at four o'clock. The lecture is intended primarily for students of Municipal Government, but it will be open to members of the University.
