INSURED MAIL WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AT DORMITORIES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In future students will have to walk to the post-office for their insured mail. This is the substance of a dictum just announced by C. R. Apted, Superintendent of Care-Takers of the University. On account of complaints which have been made of numerous lost letters and parcels, Mr. Apted has decreed that no janitor nor caretaker will hereafter be allowed to sign for registered letters and insured packages, with the result that students in College Dormitories will have to call at the post-office for them.
