Two of the University team players will play their matches today with the B. A. A., owing to the inability of all the B. A. A. team to play tomorrow.
At 4 P. M. J. J. Glessner '25 at No. 4 will play T. B. Plimpton, and at 5 P. M. Captain Dixon '25 will oppose Ralph Powers, both matches being played in 14, the exhibition court. The latter match should be especially interesting as Powers was ranked in the first five in the State Ranking for last year and even has a victory over C. C. Peabody, a former National Champion, to his credit.
The B. A. A. has an extremely strong line-up, having beaten the powerful Tennis and Racquet Club two weeks ago. These two matches, therefore, will have a direct bearing on the ultimate outcome of the team match. To win both will give the University a good start, while to lose both will make the task of the Crimson players doubly hard tomorrow when the remaining three matches will be played.
