N. H. Field 25 to Start Discussion at International Meeting Tonight

The University International Assembly, which will hold its fifth formal sitting at 7.30 o'clock this evening at 66 Winthrop Street, will be composed of 19 delegates, representing as many different nations.

N. H. Field '25, delegate from Switzerland, will present a resolution concerning the restrictions and laws by which submarines of the various nations should be controlled. After his reading of the resolution, discussion will be opened to all present, but finally, it will be limited to the delegates, who will submit various amendments and who will close by voting on the question.
