Justice John Hessin Clarke, noted jurist and associate justice of the Supreme Court, will speak on the question as to whether America should join the League of Nations, in the living room of the Union at 7.30 o'clock Thursday evening, it was announced last night.
It is expected that this speech will attract special interest, owing to the fact that by selecting this topic Justice Clarke will have to disprove the statement made by President Coolidge in his message to Congress in which he said, "The incident, so far as we are concerned, is closed."
