All members of the University and members of the faculty and their wives are welcome to attend the first University tea in the Living Room of the Union from 4.30 until 6 o'clock this afternoon. Students in the Divisions of Anthropology and Fine Arts and the Departments of Botany and English will find present the faculty members of these departments and their wives as this afternoon's tea is particularly for the members of these departments.
These teas, six in number and lasting until the latter part of January, are strictly informal. They are for the purpose of giving students an opportunity to meet members of the faculty. More than 1000 attended the six teas last year. The average attendance was about 160.
