YALE WILL NEED POWER IF BULLDOG WINS FROM ARMY

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

New Haven, Conn.--Nov. 2,--The full measure of the Yale football team will be taken when it lines up against the Army in the Yale bowl before 80,000 spectators tomorrow afternoon.

The Army is probably the hardest opponent on the Yale schedule, and the blue team will be forced to the limit to win its game. Its scoring plays and the products of its practices will all be called upon to offset the accurate forward passing of Wood and Smythe and the line crushing attack of Hewitt in the army backfield.

Although West Point was beaten 13-0 in a splendidly contested game with Notre Dame, which defeated Princeton 25-2, Yale has not as yet faced a team which is in the class of either the Army or Notre Dame.
