At 2 o'clock this afternoon on Soldiers Field the Crimson soccer team will start its third League game against the University of Pennsylvania team, the undefeated League leaders. Although the Pennsylvanians have encountered only one League team so far--Yale, which they beat 6-1, the visitors have shown their calibre of their clean-cut victories over five other teams, scoring at least four goals in each game for a total of 33 points to their oppenents 5.
The only direct comparison with the Crimson is through the Montclair team which Pennsylvania disposed of easily 5-0. Princeton won with difficulty from Montclair 2-0, but overwhelmed the University last week 6-2. These figures seem to indicate that Pennsylvania is by far the strongest team the Crimson has faced this year. Although there is a great weaknes in the general team-work, the individual departments of the team are very strong.
