Mr. C. J. Hicks, executive assistant to the president of the Standard Oli Company of New Jersey, will speak this afternoon at 2 o'clock in Emerson N. on the subject of "Industrial Representation". He will illustrate his topic by explaining the system in practice in the Standard Oil Company at present..

For nearly two decades Mr. Hicks was associated with the International Committee of the Y. M. C. A., but since the close of the war he has been with the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey.
