The 1927 soccer team will start its sixth game of the season on Soldiers Field tomorrow afternoon when it faces the M.I.T. Freshmen. The Crimson Freshmen have had a much more successful season this year than last with two easy victories over Tabor and a 3-0 one over Andover to make up for their defeat earlier in the season by the Blue. Worcester held them to a 1-1 tie, but the record as a whole compare very favorably to that of one victory and three defeats last year before the M.I.T. game, which resulted in a 2-2 tie.
The forward line of Captain Gherardl, Gans, Crooks, Trevvett, and Pruyn, which has played together with few changes so far this season, will probably start tomorrow, as will Woodard at goal and Morey at right fullback. Mac Kinnon, who has broken into several games as a forward will be tried at left fullback, while Goodhue, also a forward, may replace Herling at left half.
