Mr. Chosaku Hamada, special commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Commerce of the Japanese Government, will be present at the game with Rhode Island State in the Stadium this afternoon. Mr. Hamada, who is fellow of the University of Keio which for 35 years has been indirectly connected with the University, called on President Lowell yesterday and later visited the principle college buildings.

For a year Mr. Hamada has been studying business conditions in Europe as a representative of the Japanese Government and will return to Japan next week.
