A new club, the Harvard Line and Color Club, has originated as an outgrowth of the Fine Arts Department for the purpose of stimulating interest in Fine Arts and to bring the professors and students together informally. At present the membership of 28 consists half of faculty members and half of students. The club plans to maintain continual exhibitions of the members' works in the rooms that are soon to be occupied by the club and to hold occasional exchange exhibitions with a similar club at Princeton. It also hopes to bring well known artists to speak at open meetings' on subjects of general interest. The arrangements for the club are in the hands of S. R. Bamberger '25 and C. W. Childs '24. The first regular meeting will be held next Thursday afternoon, October 18.
