Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
With the enrollment of the Freshman class now over the thousand mark, the problems of administering the Freshman Dormitories, the Freshman Dining Halls, and the interdormitory competitions are becoming more and more involved, according to a recent statement made by Mr. R. E. Bacon, Assistant Dean in charge of the Freshman class.
"The total membership of the Freshman class has now increased to 1024", he declared, "and the number of men that can be admitted to the Freshman Dormitories, including Shepard and Drayton, is still 553. That leaves almost 500 men who will be unable to share in all the activities of Freshman life. But although these men will be denied the privilege of living in the Freshman Dormitories, they will still be able to take their meals at the Freshman Dining Halls and to participate in the interdormitory sports.
To End Haphazard System
"The haphazard system of past years, whereby outside men were assigned to various teams at the whim of coach and captain is to be done away with". Mr. Pacon continued. ."This year the college office will assign every Freshman to one of the three Freshman dormitories. Already outside men have been allowed to choose the dormitory with which they wish to be affiliated, and during the coming week all men who have not designated any choice will be assigned by lot to one of the dormitories. Thus the entire Freshman class will be divided equally among the three dormitories, and by eliminating the juggling of former years, interdormitory competition for the Straus trophy will become for the first time real competition."
Mr. Bacon then went on to explain that men assigned to the various dormitories will not be obliged to take their meals there, although it is extremely desirable that they do so. Over a hundred outside Freshmen are now boarding at the Freshman Dining Halls. Any other men wishing to sign up for meals there have been asked to make arrangements with Mr. P. A. Marsh at the Bursar's office.
