The Fall Sculling Regatta begins today at 2.15 with the Freshman comp, race followed by the Freshman singles. The University singles are to run in three heats and the University comp, and doubles races will have two heats. Later in the afternoon the semi-finals of the Freshman wherry races will be held, winding up the first day of the regatta.
Tomorrow at 2 o'clock the finals the University singles will start the program. The finals of the University pairoar doubles comp, will follow in order and the Freshman wherry and doubles finals close the entire regatta.
Coach E. F. Wachter is in charge of the races and Coach Stevens will referee. Coach Newell will be the starter for the races on both days and Coach Brown will time the boats. At the finish Coaches Bert Haines and Bill Haines will be the judges. Altogether there are 63 scullers entered in the events, that number includes, however, the Freshman wherry entrants, many of whom were put out in the elimination races during the last two days.
