TO HOLD OFFICE HOURS TODAY AND TOMORROW AT CRIMSON

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Students who forsee disaster in the coming hour examinations or those who for any reason desire aid in a study need no longer go with their wants unsatisfied, for professional assistance, willingly given and free, can be had by applying to F. E. Bowman '24 of the Phi Beta Kappa Society at the Crimson building on Plympton Street between 1.30 and 3.30 o'clock today or tomorrow.

Bowman, who is chairman of the Society's Tutorial Aid Bureau, the other members of which are F. A. O. Schwarz '24, H. T. Dunker '25, and W. J. Fried '25, stated yesterday that each applicant would be assigned to a member of the society and that conferences would be held between the members and the student as often as necessary or desirable. Emphasis is placed upon the fact that this aid is not only free but that the members of the Society are giving their time voluntarily. The service consists rather in general advice concerning reading and note taking than of tutoring in special courses.

The bureau aims to have the student advisors turn in the name of any of their advisees who need and want assistance.
