Of 21 Belgian students who have just arrived in the United States to study under exchange fellowships, two will come to take up their studies at the University. Edmond Huyghebaert of Ghent will study in the School of Public Health, while Arthur Van Dessel of Louvain University will take a course in orthopedic surgery at the Dental School.
The exchange fellowships were provided under the Educational Foundation of the Commission for the Relief of Belgium, of which Herbert Hoover is chairman.
