BINGHAM IS NEW MEMBER OF ATHLETIC COMMITTEE

HUBBARD, JENKINS AND DUNKER UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS

W. J. Bingham '16, former University track star and coach, has been chosen to succeed Mr. Henry Pennypacker '88 on the Harvard Athletic Committee. This is the only change in the graduate membership of the committee which was recently confirmed for the coming year by vote of the Corporation. The new committee is now made up of Dean Briggs, chairman, with Dean Greenough and Dr. Roger I. Lee '02 as Faculty members, and with B. L. Young '07, speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, W. J. Bingham '16 and H. H. Faxon '21 as graduate members. The undergraduate members of the committee are C. J. Hubbard Jr. '24, captain of the football team, Percy Jenkins '24, captain of baseball, and H. T. Dunker '25 of the football and track teams.
