St. Paul's Club Holds Reception in Honor of His Return

Last evening the St. Paul's Catholic Club of the University gave a complimentary dinner and reception to Professor J. D. M. Ford '94 in the Faculty Room of the Union. The President of the Club, R. T. Murphy '23, made an introductory address and R, V, Donovan '08 acted as toastmaster.

The Reverend J. J. Ryan, Chaplain of the Club, Mr. James Byrne '77, Fellow of Harvard College, Professor R. H. Lord '06, Mr. Daniel Sargent '13, and Professor Maurice de Wolf delivered addresses in eulogy of Professor Ford, who as recent exchange professor to France has received honorary degrees from the University of the Sorbonne and the University of Toulouse, the French Cross of the Legion of Honor, and has been made a Knight Commander of Isabella but the King of Spain.
