TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT ON ATHLETICS NOW IN EFFECT

On Monday, January 1, the athletic agreement which was decided upon by the University, Yale, and Princeton, went into effect.

The agreement has for its purpose the improvement of certain athletic conditions and the establishment of intercollegiate athletics on a more sound and wholesome basis. It includes several changes in the rules regarding pre-season practice, eligibility, coaching systems, and inter sectional games.
