At a meeting of the squad held yesterday at the Arena after practice, Charles Lewis Harding Jr. of Dedham was unanimously elected captain of the 1926 hockey team.
Harding played for three years on the Milton Academy team, previous to which he had three years of hockey at St. Paul's School of Concord, N. H., playing on different club teams.
This year Harding has been the regular center in all three games. He has been the out-standing star of the team, being an exceptionally fast skater and good stick-handler and has scored the most goals for the yearlings.
