A meeting of those interested in a Freshman debating club will be held this evening at 7.15 o'clock in the Smith Halls Common Room under the auspices of the University Debating Council. R. S. Bowers '24, president of the Council, Philip Walker '25, vice-president, and R. S. Fanning '23, will address the meeting in order to explain the purpose of the proposed club and outline the plans for the coming year.

The purpose of the organization is to promote lively discussions of questions of current interest both connected with the college and the world of politics.
