The first of the series of Monday night talks for Freshmen, given under the auspices of the Phillips Brooks House Association, will be held in the Smith Halls Common Room Monday night at 7 clock. These informal gatherings will be held every week until the Christmas recess.

The meeting Monday will open with singing under the leadership of R. P. Bullard '24. Following this the Reverend Sidney Lovett, pastor of the Mt. Vernon Church Boston, will give a short talk. The meeting will close promptly at 7.35.

This series of meetings is the same as one formerly given by Professor Albert Parker Fitch '00 and continued by various speakers after he left Cambridge. The talk will be a frank discussion of College problems. All Freshmen living in or outside the dormitories are invited to attend.
