DEBATING TRIALS TONIGHT

All Except Freshmen Eligible to Compete--Three More Men to be Chosen for Team That Meets Oxford Oct. 9

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Trials for the debating team, which will represent the University against Oxford in the debate on the League of Nations, will be held tonight at 7.30 o'clock in Harvard 6. Due to the fact that one of the four men, previously chosen for the team, will be unable to take part, three men instead of two will be picked at the trials in order to complete the quota of six men for the team.

Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores are eligible to take part in the trials and should come prepared to speak for five minutes on either side of the question, "Resolved: That the United States should join immediately the League of Nations."
