MUST FILE APPLICATIONS FOR FRENCH AND GERMAN EXAMS

It was announced yesterday that applications for the examinations to test elementary and reading knowledge of French and of German must be filed at 4 University Hall before 5 P. M. Thursday, September 28, in order to permit the candidates to take the examinations this fall. The examinations will come early in October.
