Professor G. W. Pierce '99, Rumford Professor of Physics, and director of the Cruft memorial laboratory, will be the speaker at a Physical Colloquium, this afternoon at 5 o'clock in Room 3 of the Jefferson Physical Laboratory. The subject of his lecture will be "The Velocity of Sound in Water". In addition to this, he will give a demonstration of Radiotelephonic Reception.
