The semi-final matches of the Business School tennis tournament were played off on Jarvis Field yesterday afternoon. J. T. Moll 1G.B., who captained the University of De Pauw, tennis team last year, defeated R. N. Johnson 1G.B., 6-2, 7-5, 6-4. O. M. Root 1G.B., the runner-up in the College tournament last spring, took the first two sets from C. D. Arnold 1G.B., 7-5, 7-5, but the match was defaulted by the latter when the third set reached 12-12.
The final match of the tournament will be played at 3 o'clock Friday on the Divinity courts. Moll will meet Root for the championship.
