PRINCETON, N. J., May 17.--Dartmouth defeated Princeton here today by a 4 to 3 score. Townsend, pitching for the Orange and Black the first six innings, allowed nine hits and struck out none. Beebe, who relieved him, struck out one man and allowed two hits. Although the Tigers' fielding was almost perfect they displayed an inability to hit when hits were needed.
