The University tennis team will meet Brown on the Divinity courts at 4 o'clock this afternoon. In Captain J. D. E. Jones, the visitors have a player who has established an enviable reputation by his work at school and college. While he is practically certain to give Captain Duane a hard match, it is doubtful whether the Brunonians as a whole can overcome the Crimson team. They have not had a very successful season up to date, and on Saturday defeated Boston University by the same margin that the Crimson second team defeated the Boston men on Monday.
The probable line-ups follow:
Harvard.--Singles: (1) Duane, (2) Pfaffman, (3) Guild, (4) Bradley. Doubles: (1) Duane and Pfaffman, (2) J. D. Farnham and Holmes.
Brown.--Singles: (1) Jones, (2) Thorndike, (3) Bennett, (4) Dana. Doubles: (1) Jones and Bennett, (2) Anning and Fellman.
