ITHACA, New York, May 12. Sentiment among the delegates of the Eastern intercollegiate Newspaper Association at its annual conference here today is strongly opposed to over emphasis being placed on football. If is expected that the conference will adopt a resolution in regard to the football situation at the meeting tomorrow, and a joint editorial policy on the question by the newspapers represented will very likely be the outcome. Over 20 colleges are represented.
