May Use Postals in Class Elections

At a recent meeting of the Executive Committee of the Student council the following recommendation in regard to class elections was adopted. "It is recommended that the following be adopted in class elections: (1) have postal card on which are printed the original nominations for class officers sent to each man in the class with a statement of rules of nomination by petition and date when such nominations will close. (2) A second and final postal to be sent out with the final nominations, time, and place of voting."
