Mr. Walker D. Hines, former Director General of Railroads Under the United States Railroad Administration, will give his second lecture on transportation this evening at 8 o'clock in Emerson J.

The subject for the lecture, which will be open only to the members of the University, Its "The Transportation Problem, Considerations Affecting Operating and other Expenses."
