Mr. Walker D. Hines, Director General of the Railroads during the war, will give the third of his series of lectures on transportation in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. Only members of the University will be admitted.
Mr. Hine's lecture tonight will be on "The Transportation Problem: Labor Policies". The last of his lectures will be on Friday.
