SPRING FOOTBALL WORK TO START LATTER PART OF MONTH

Men Planning to Try Out to Hand in Names--Meeting Next Week--Practice to Last for Three Weeks

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Tentative plans for spring football practice were given out by the management yesterday afternoon. According to the present arrangements work will start on Monday, March 27, but the date is entirely subject to the weather conditions. The management has asked all men who intend to try out to leave their names on the manager's desk in the H. A. A. by tomorrow afternoon.

A preliminary meeting will be held about the middle of the month to discuss plans and to outline the work which will be required. Practice will probably last about three weeks, though no definite plans have been announced.

The competition for the second assistant managership, open to Freshmen, will start three or four days before the initial workout and will be suspended at the end of the spring practice until the fall session.
