APPLICATIONS FOR DIVINITY SCHOOL FELLOWSHIPS ARE DUE

Testmonials and Specimens Must Also be Submitted--Two Williams Fellowships and Ten Scholarships Offered

Applications for the Williams Fellowships and ten other scholarships of the Divinity School must reach the secretary of the Faculty today in order to be considered in the first assignment. Applicants must also submit testimonials, and those competing for the Williams Fellowships specimens of their work.

Two Williams Fellowships of one thousand dollars each are offered to candidates for the degree of Master of Theology or of doctor of Theology, and by vote of the Faculty for special reasons to candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Who propose to enter the Christian ministry.

Four Founders' Scholarships of five hundred and fifty dollars each are offered to students who have been at least one year in the school and have given evidence of superior ability and attainments.

Six Hopkins Scholarships of about three hundred and seventy dollars each are offered, and several other scholarships granted in various amounts from the income of funds held by the President and Fellows, the latter awards dependent upon grades attained.
