DETERMINATION WILL DO IT!

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At the beginning of every track season the Yale meet seems to be far off, but each year when it finally does come the individual athletes realize reluctantly that they have failed to use their time to the best advantage. It is therefore the duty of every man on the squads to appreciate that their objective is only a few weeks away and that they must work during every minute of practice.

With the exception of Captain Brown all the men who scored in last year's intercollegiate meet have left college. There is consequently a fine opportunity for inexperienced men. The second and third place men are as necessary as the winners. If we are to have a successful team, we must have a large squad composed of men endowed with the same fight and determination that characterized last fall's football team. W. A. Barron '14, of Graduate Advisory Committee.
