Capt. Hibben to Speak in Boston

Captain Paxton Hibben '04, recent secretary of the Russian commission of the Near East Relief, will speak tomorrow at 2.30 o'clock in the Grand Opera House, 1176 Washington street, on "Famine Ridden Russia as I Saw It."

There will be no admission charge, and preceding the speaking, Rudolph Nagel, for many years a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, will give a choice program of 'cello solos.
