The Freshman rifle team overcame the Brookline marksmen Thursday night by the slim margin of one point. The score was 491-490.

Captain Gray was the only entrant to mark-up a perfect score, but three 98 cards in a row served, to lift the average to a winning level. The yearlings shot as follows:

Kimball Gray 100. C. T. Crosby 98, H. E. Kennard 98, R. W. Storer 98, H. P. Curtis 97.
