Several Men, Engaged in Other Sports, to Report Later

Twenty-eight candidates for infield and outfield positions reported yesterday afternoon to Coach J. T. Slattery in the baseball cage. After a rather extended batting practice, the men were given drill in throwing and fielding.

A few more men are expected to report in the next few days, who are at present engaged in other sports. George Owen Jr. '23 and F. S. Hill '24 are still devoting their time to hockey, Lewis Gordon '24 is continuing with the basketball squad, and Perey Jenkins '24 and J. E. Merrill ''24 are working o track, but will probably be out for baseball shortly.
