In the elimination wrestling bouts held yesterday in order to pick the team which will face Norwich University at Northfield, Vt. tomorrow the following men were successful: Curtis Nelson defeated R. LeB. Daggett in the 1454 pound class: George Karelits '24 defeated J. T. Baldwin '24 in the 158-pound class; D. H. Sanders '22 defeated C. I. Abernethy '22 in the 175-pound class.
The Freshman wrestling team will have stiff opposition today when they face the M. I. T. yearlings this evening at the Hemenway Gymnasium at 8 o'clock "Cyclone" Burns who coaches the Engineers has developed a first team and they should give Coach Jedlinskis man an opportunity to display their ability. The following men will represent the yearlings: 115-lb, F. N. Millet; 125-lb., P. R. Crowly; 135-lb., J. D. Tragard; 145-lb., T. G. Murphy; 158-lb., E. G. Lowry Jr.; 175-lb, E. H. Bates; unlimited, T. H. Hoag.
