Howard Parker Sharpe of Pitts burg, Pa., and John Edwin Toulmin of Boston have been nominated for president and Student Council member of the Freshman class respectively. In accordance with the rules governing the election of officers in the Freshman year, petitions containing the names of thirty-five men were handed into the Student Council last night and were accepted.

Every student in the College is required to attend his first college exercise today.
