An undergraduate dinner meeting of the University chapter of Phi Beta Kappa will be held in the Quiet Room of the Union tonight at 7 o'clock. Professor O. D. Kellogg will speak on "The Outsider's Impressions of Harvard". This will be the first of a series of undergraduate dinners, which, it is expected, will be held at intervals of three or four weeks.
